Who Am I?
After 28 years in corporate sales and marketing at a leading global health tech firm based near London, I’ve seen it all; thousands of sales meetings, from cold calls to high-stakes pitches. I’ve managed and coached sales teams through complex buying cycles, where success isn't just about a quick win, but about navigating multiple stakeholders and long-term strategy.
I’ve spent years at the sharp end of SaaS and value-led selling, in both private and public sectors, working in USA and across northern Europe, learning that the most sustainable growth comes from solving real problems rather than just pushing features.
But I’m not a face on a Zoom call from London: I live and work right here in the 'Fine City'. of Norwich. I know our local Norfolk market, from the business parks to the A11 Tech Corridor. And I understand the specific local challenges we face, from recruitment to transport.
There is a unique energy that comes from being in the field with salespeople; For me, the real reward isn't seeing a graph go up. It’s that moment in a coaching session when a salesperson finally 'gets it'. I love the shift that happens when the training wheels come off and the marketing scripts fall away. Witnessing them realise that it wasn't the 'process' that won the deal—it was them—that’s why I do this.
